Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 10, 2026

1. Introduction

PageStrike (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the PageStrike platform (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never store your credit card details on our servers.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, landing page views, and form submissions. This data helps us improve the product and provide analytics features.

Content You Provide

When you create launches, we process the product descriptions and text you provide to generate marketing briefs, landing pages, and content packs using AI. This content is stored in your workspace and is not shared with other users.

Lead Data

When visitors submit forms on your landing pages, we collect their email address, name (if provided), and submission metadata. This data belongs to your workspace and is accessible only to you.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • To process your transactions and manage your subscription
  • To generate AI-powered marketing content based on your inputs
  • To provide analytics and insights about your landing page performance
  • To send you important updates about your account or the Service
  • To respond to your requests and provide customer support
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Supabase — our database and authentication provider
  • Stripe — for payment processing
  • OpenAI — to generate AI content (your product text is sent to OpenAI's API for processing)
  • Vercel — our hosting provider

These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security policies for multi-tenant data isolation, and secure authentication via Supabase Auth. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account and associated data by contacting us. Lead data collected through your landing pages is retained until you delete it or close your account.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access and receive a copy of your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate personal data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your personal data
  • Data portability (export your data in CSV format)

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics data is collected server-side without tracking cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
