Terms of Service

Last updated: May 28, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PageStrike (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PageStrike is a SaaS platform that helps users create launch campaigns from product descriptions. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing briefs, landing pages, content packs, and provides analytics and lead capture functionality.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • The Service offers free and paid subscription plans.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Payment Processing for Sellers (Stripe Connect)

If you use PageStrike to accept card payments on your landing pages (“Buy Now” launches), you connect your own Stripe account to our platform via Stripe Connect. The integration method depends on your plan: Starter and Pro use Stripe Connect Standard (OAuth-based — your Stripe account stays fully under your control and is independently managed in your own Stripe Dashboard); Business uses Stripe Connect Express (white-glove onboarding with shared dashboard access). In both cases, by connecting your Stripe account you acknowledge and agree to the following:

5.1 Your role as the seller

  • You are the merchant of record. Each transaction is between you and your customer. PageStrike is a software facilitator, not a marketplace, reseller, or merchant.
  • You are solely responsible for the goods or services you sell, their quality, delivery, customer support, refunds, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws.
  • You agree to comply with Stripe's Restricted Businesses policy. You may not use the Service to sell prohibited products or services as defined by Stripe's policy (this includes — but is not limited to — drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, gambling, adult content, pyramid schemes, IP-infringing products, and high-risk financial services).
  • You must accurately describe the items you sell, ship them as advertised, and provide a clear way for customers to reach you for support.

5.2 No platform fee on sales

PageStrike charges 0% on every Stripe Connect transaction.100% of every payment goes directly to your connected Stripe account. We do not deduct any application fee, platform commission, or split from buyer-to-seller transactions. PageStrike's revenue comes exclusively from the monthly or yearly subscription you pay for the tool itself. Stripe's own processing fees (charged by Stripe, not by us) still apply per Stripe's standard pricing.

5.3 Payouts and funds

Payments are routed directly to your connected Stripe account. PageStrike never holds your funds. Payout timing, currency, and bank-transfer rules are determined by Stripe based on your account configuration and jurisdiction.

5.4 Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes

  • Refunds are issued by you directly through your Stripe Dashboard.
  • Chargebacks are managed by you. You are responsible for responding to disputes with evidence of fulfillment. Chargeback fees and lost-dispute amounts are deducted from your Stripe balance.
  • PageStrike is not a party to any dispute between you and your customers and bears no liability for refunds, chargebacks, or claims of non-delivery.
  • If your chargeback rate exceeds 1% of monthly transaction volume, we may suspend your Stripe Connect access on PageStrike to protect the platform's standing with Stripe.

5.5 Risk and loss liability

PageStrike has configured its Stripe Connect platform such that Stripe assumes loss liability for negative balances on connected accounts that cannot be recovered from the seller. This means PageStrike is not financially liable for losses caused by chargebacks, fraud, or seller default. However, repeated or high-risk seller behavior may result in account suspension on the platform.

5.6 Data on customers and orders

Customer data collected during checkout (email, name, billing/shipping address, phone) is processed by Stripe and stored in your PageStrike orders dashboard for fulfillment. You are responsible for the lawful use of this data, including compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations.

5.7 Suspension and termination of payment access

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Stripe Connect integration if: (a) Stripe revokes or restricts the connected account; (b) you violate this Section 5; (c) we receive a credible report of fraud or illegal activity associated with your account; or (d) such action is required to comply with law or to protect PageStrike, its users, or the public.

6. Payment Processing for Sellers (PayPal)

As an alternative or in addition to Stripe Connect, you may add a PayPal email to your workspace or to a specific launch. When PayPal is configured, your published landing pages display a PayPal Smart Button that creates orders directly against your PayPal account.

6.1 How PayPal payments work on PageStrike

  • You provide your PayPal email address. We do not request OAuth permissions, API keys, or banking credentials. We never gain access to your PayPal account.
  • When a buyer clicks “PayPal”, PageStrike calls PayPal's Orders API and instructs PayPal to route the payment to your email. PayPal hosts the checkout and authenticates the buyer.
  • Funds land directly in your PayPal account. PageStrike never holds, touches, or has access to the money at any point.

6.2 No platform fee on sales

PageStrike charges 0% on PayPal transactions— same as Stripe Connect (Section 5.2). No application fee, no split, no marketplace cut. PayPal's own processing fees apply and are paid by you to PayPal, not to PageStrike.

6.3 Your responsibilities

  • Provide a valid, verified PayPal account email. Payments to unverified or invalid emails are held by PayPal and may be rejected.
  • Comply with PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy and your jurisdiction's laws when selling.
  • Provide accurate product descriptions, fulfill as advertised, and offer support. Buyer disputes opened with PayPal are resolved by you, directly with PayPal.

6.4 Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks

  • Refunds are issued by you directly through your PayPal dashboard.
  • Disputes & chargebacksare handled by you under PayPal's Buyer and Seller Protection programs. Outcomes — including reserves, holds, or limits placed on your account — are determined by PayPal alone.
  • PageStrike is not a party to any payment dispute and bears no liability for refunds, chargebacks, account limitations, or PayPal account closures.

6.5 Suspension and termination of PayPal access

We may, at our sole discretion, remove the PayPal button from your landing pages if: (a) we receive a credible report of fraud or illegal activity associated with your account; (b) PayPal requests removal; or (c) such action is required to comply with law or to protect PageStrike, its users, or the public.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageStrike shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PageStrike from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.
